Alan International Tec Ltd expanded its business and registered its office in the UK in April,2023. The team here in the UK is well experienced in the design and build industry.

We have a team of qualified and experienced Engineers, technicians, surveyors, interior designers, site managers and project managers all offering quality customer service to our clients. Our team has a wide range of experience in residential and commercial projects. We specialise in steel, reinforced concrete, timber and steel concrete composite structures.
Alan International Tec Ltd covers the design and construction of new builds and alteration works like loft conversion, extensions, flat conversions, Basements, warehouse/light industrial units, and maintenance contracts on residential and commercial development. We offer a full package of services which include Structural/Architectural Design, construction, geotechnical design, interior design, and project management. We provide Planning Supervisors under the CDM Regulations and advise on all aspects of Health & Safety Matters.
We provide sustainable and value Engineering structural design solutions and build services on building projects to meet our client needs. We are very flexible in the selection of materials and techniques used for each individual projects.
We provide project management services for best resource management, quality assurance, time management and cost management. You do not need to deal with the builders or subcontractors directly, our project managers will do everything for you.
